Can highly recommend JLM especially Gareth Llewellyn. His attention to detail and persistence proved invaluable. He worked above and beyond and tirelessly to achieve the right product for us. If you’re needing mortgage advice you can’t go wrong with JLM.

I would recommend using their services,especially in these difficult times, in regard to securing a favourable mortgage.Gareth Llewelyn was excellent and from start to finish was friendly but very professional and was able to take a lot of the hard work out of the experience.He was attentive and and was available to answer any questions and as stated all ran very smoothly and managed to secure a favorable outcome.I would also recommend anyone from Scotland to use there services as he was up to date in understanding the differences in the house purchasing process in Scotland.I would highly recommend their services and I will certainly be recommending to others who I know are in the market.

This is now the 2nd time we have used Ryan from JLM, on both occasions the service was incredible, from start to finish, helpful, professional but also very friendly, his knowledge and advice really helped us make the right choice. I had an amazing experience with JLM Mortgage Services, Gareth in particular. I was recommended to them by a friend, and my friend wasn't wrong. I'm a foreigner living in the UK, so my mortgage wasn't straightforward but you never would have known by the ease of the process. They also helped me to understand the process and make key decisions as well as gave me a realistic read on the market and timelines – spending as much time as I needed to talk things through. I never felt like I was pushed into anything and I never looked back after deciding to use JLM.

Absolutely brilliant service. Was above and beyond what we expected and everything was done catering to our best interests and our situation. Extremely efficient and explained everything in as much detail as we wanted. Worked with us to understand everything and to help us make the choices we were comfortable with. Everything was done quickly and easily without any problems. Very much felt like a personal experience rather than just another number/client, and felt like we had a safety net and a helping hand that we could truly rely on to help us through the process. Couldn’t have asked for a better broker or a better process from start to finish. All emails/questions/phone calls were answered immediately and we were encouraged to contact whenever we had any query and our broker was always able to help! Couldn’t recommend more! As first time buyers, purchasing a property is a very confusing process. We chose to work with Peter Stirrup who was recommended by my sister. He is exceptional, very personable, such a great eye for details, very approachable and knowledgeable. I cannot recommend him enough. He managed to secure a decision in principle in such a short notice so we were able to secure an offer on our house (we almost lost it). Then he was so well organised that he managed to secure a mortgage offer in less than a week. We are so impressed. Thank you Peter. You are an exceptional consultant. I looked at a property in December last year hoping that I could possibly be able to get on the property ladder. In January the builder recommended Damien Grafton “He can get anyone a mortgage”…I contacted Damien to see if it would be possible to buy the property I have seen, after having an offer rejected in the past due to not having full years of books Damien quickly changed that around from putting my application in and receiving an offer within 8 working days!!!!! This is the quickest turn around and I could not be happier with Damien, he was constantly updating me on where the process was at and was always pushing and chasing for a quick outcome. He was reassuring me the whole way through the process when I had given up hope before hand. I could not recommend anyone more than him! Absolutely incredible service!! I am so pleased the builder put me in touch with Damien as YES he can get anyone a mortgage. Thank you so so much for your hard work Damien, you have seriously made me the most happiest first time buyer ever!!

I can't recommend JLM highly enough - Peter sorted my mortgage and Jay sorted my life insurance. They were fantastic every step of the way - helpful, professional and caring. Thanks to Jay particularly with the challenges at the final stages of getting the life insurance and the tight timeframe for exchange - she was there every step of the way and I can't thank her enough. I was very well looked after, particularly by Andy Pollock at JLM. I was a first time buyer and absolutely clueless on all things related to buying a property. Every step of the way Andy explained the context, the relevant factors to consider (particularly during Covid), and his expert opinion if I asked for it. I never get rushed, pressured into a decision, or like I was taking a blind risk. Many friendly phone calls with JLM have helped me to buy the flat I’m in now! Thank you so much!
