JLM were recommended to me for mortgage advice and it’s understandable why! I was put in contact with Darren who has been exceptionally helpful throughout - even with matters not directly concerning mortgages. He is has been great every step of the process and very knowledgeable on all aspects of obtaining our first mortgage and how that pans out. Will 100% be going back to him to remortgage and cannot recommend JLM enough.

JLM have helped us with finding the right mortgage since we bought our first home in 2007! Initially Rory was our point of contact but the last 5 years we have dealt with Lee.
Both were professional and helpful and we cannot recommend them enough- we have recommended them to friends, family and colleagues.

As a first-time buyer, I was nervous about the mortgage process, but Peter Stirrup made it all so straightforward. He explained everything in clear, jargon-free language so I felt confident and understood each step. He also recommended a surveyor who I used and was very happy with. My house purchase ended up taking longer than expected, which meant we had to reapply for a new mortgage. Peter kept chasing the best rates for me to make sure I got the right deal and kept me fully updated throughout. I honestly couldn’t recommend him highly enough.
JLM also helped me with my income protection insurance, Jay was great, she talked me through all the different insurances so I had a clear understanding and helped me make an informed decision on which one to proceed with.

Gareth was an absolute legend throughout the entire mortgage process. He secured an amazing offer for us and was always on hand to answer any questions. We're incredibly grateful for his expertise and highly recommend his services!

Working with Gareth for a mortgage was an excellent experience. He presented all the information we needed clearly and options for what we could go with. Communication was fantastic and he was reachable anytime via whatsapp. He also made sure to include both myself an my partner in discussions rather than only speaking to me.

We ended up with a great mortgage rate and Gareth will be back in touch with us in future to find a new one once our current one has finished its fixed term.

We also dealt with Sean for life insurance, and again he was incredibly communicative and helpful.

Additionally both Gareth and Sean were very upfront about how they make their money, and while they presented plenty of options for us it never felt as though we were being pushed into anything, which made the whole process more comfortable.

I have to say that working with JLM was the best service we received during our house buying process.
