Would 100% reccomend JLM and Gareth in particular. After chatting to a couple of mortage advisers a friend passed on Gareth's details and he was instantly approachable and helpful. Our mortgage broker that was assigned to us was Gareth. We were potential first time buyers at the age of 20 and 23 and we were honestly in such a sticky situation, where we had so much to sort out, and things to align, and it was a slight mess from start to finish. Gareth took us from being potential first time buyers, to first time buyers. Without his help we wouldn’t have gotten where we are today, signing away mortgage offers, getting excited for the house we can call home very soon. I know that Gareth had to walk through hell and back to let us get this mortgage offer, and we both cannot be more thankful for his help. We had a few other mortgage brokers try to help us at the start but once they saw that we were in a slight pickle they lost interest completely. Gareth picked us up and helped us sort it all out and was right there to answer any questions we may have and make sure we get this offer. And we did. All thanks to Gareth. We both honestly could not be any more thankful, and could not recommend Gareth and JLM mortgage services enough. If you need a good mortgage broker. Choose JLM mortgage services, Gareth and the team will not let you down. Again massive thanks, we look forward to using them many more times in the future!

Gareth was supportive, knowledgeable and positive from start to end. We had a complicated (for us anyway!) mortgage and remortgage and he sorted everything and was a constant support throughout the process. He was actually much more than just a broker in the end, more of a general person that I went to for advice about everything!

I first contacted Gareth when I was thinking about buying a property, as a first time buyer I was pretty clueless but he has made everything so smooth and explained everything in terms I will understand and I never feel stupid asking a question (and there were alot of them!!) I would 10000% recommend!! So so happy with the service he provided
