Could not recommend this company more! Gareth Llewellyn is quite simply extraordinarily good. We turned to Gareth when we had already had several mortgage deals fall through, and he was able to perform a minor miracle in finding us the right mortgage on a property that others had written off as “un-mortgageable”. He stands apart from other professionals in his industry as truly outstanding. He always provided very clear, commercial and thoughtful advice and we were very glad indeed to have his support throughout the process. You want this guy on your side! Absolutely amazing from start to finish! Thank you so much Gareth! I really can't recommend Gareth and JLM Mortgage Services enough. Outstanding service on every level from the day we 1st spoke all the way through to the day we secured our mortgage. Emails and messages were responded to at lightning speed and requests and questions were even dealt with over the weekend. If you're looking for a mortgage broker, stop looking and use JLM.

With a default from a ridiculous cowboy parking fine on my credit file, I was convinced that a mortgage was out of the question for me. I had a chance conversation with someone who recommended Ryan Waters at JLM and I honestly am thanking my lucky stars that I just happened to mention my situation to them. We first spoke in January 2023 but due to the rising interest rates we decided to hang on until later in the year. Ryan was so patient and understanding with us, and as first time buyers guided us through every step seamlessly. We touched base again in January 2024 and now in April we have had our mortgage accepted, with no hiccups or difficulties in any way. Ryan made sure he explained every step of the application to us and has been in constant touch with us, enduring my endless WhatsApps and panicked phone calls, talking me back down to earth on more than one occasion! I would without a shadow of any doubt recommend Ryan and his services to first-time buyers and people remortgaging alike, especially so if you may have averse credit or defaults. Gareth helped us obtain our mortgage, fantastic service from start to finish. Jon is very knowledgeable with what mortgages to recommend and genuinely looks out for the best deals suited for your personal circumstances. If you are stuck on what kind of mortgages you need when you either buy a house or remortgage, then I guarantee you JLM will not disappoint :)

There were times i thought this could be impossible and we had a stressful situation to work with and he made us see such a positive outlook on everything. He answered any questions, even when he wasn't working and kept an eye on our application on his annual leave, that shows an incredible amount of care towards his clients.
We never expected so much of him but he was always happy to go the extra mile and was so friendly throughout the whole process. He made things we couldn't understand make sense and always gave us his opinion and advice on any suggestions we put forward. He has a realistic approach to everything and made sure the mortgage suited us and not us suiting the mortgage. I cannot fault him for anything and if there was a medal he deserves one! Peter Stirrup handled my mortgage application efficiently. He communicated all relevant information to me quickly and kept me well informed every step of the way. I'm happy to recommend his services and will be using him again when I remortgage.

Peter Stirrup at JLM went above and beyond the level of service I was expecting to make sure that he found me the best deal possible. Going so far as to recheck the rates weekly to always keep on top of the rapidly changing market. I will be eternally grateful to him for enabling me to buy my dream house!
