I was in a position that amounted from a career of having company provided accomodation moving around the UK to then suddenly leaving that to caring for a parent that I lost. In all of that life changing moment I wanted/needed to to buy. From a family member that has been looked after in 2 moves came the recommendation and introduction. This firm, this team, initially Seb, then Gareth are dedicated to put in the time. My circumstances were complicated but I wasn't let down. There wasn't a we can't help for all the complications, there was advice & support. Transparency, Determination to deliver, professionalism & support in everything thats been done for me. It was from I reccomention to me that I pass now, in this review to you.

We had absolutely exceptional service from Peter Stirrup. He worked so hard to get us the best mortgage rates, continually updating us when new rates were available and putting in applications quickly. Really rapid communication and answered all of our questions along the way. Couldn't have asked for more!

Jay was also really helpful in helping to arrange life and illness cover. Would definitely recommend JLM.

I've been using Jonathan Burridge since about 2016. He is an outstanding mortgage broker and always gives great advice. He at one stage managed to get me 5 mortgages (for investment properties and our domestic one) in 6-weeks flat! He is carefully considered, and somehow managed to pull rabbits out of hats with really sound deals that meet my needs. Subsequently, I have recommended him to both daughters and several friends, all of whom have found his knowledge, professionalism and market knowledge invaluable.

Ryan has been exceptionally knowledgable, helpful and patient during the initial process of buying my property and during remortgaging. He has really gone the extra mile and helped make - what can feel like- an overwhelming task, feel relatively stress free! I have further recommended JLM to other friends who have had an equally positive experience.

They are professionals to the core and helped us to get the right mortgage product for our circumstances which other mortgage advisors told us was impossible. They are very quick to respond to questions and very supportive all the way. Thank you so much for everything. Peter Stirrup is an excellent mortgage consultant. He was so helpful, prompt to respond and clear in his communication. He also was up to date with the market to find us the best mortgage product. It wasn't easy because of complications on our side, the process took a long time but Peter was great the entire way. We actually recommended him to friends who also used his services and were really happy. We are really grateful for his help and have no doubts in recommending his service!

As a first time buyer the whole mortgage process was very intimidating but Ryan Waters really went above and beyond to help and support me every step of the way. He took the time to explain everything and answered my questions quickly and in as much detail as needed. I really can’t recommend him enough, I have told all of my friends and family about the great experience I had and I will continue to use Ryan as my mortgage advisor in the future. Lee Kitching has been excellent in helping me with all properties and all mortgages and re-mortgages even though I live far away from the company location. Not only that he found me the best rates but also that he is always so efficient/quick in all tasks. In all cases he found the products and got my applications in within 2 days. And in most cases my applications got approved within about a week or 10 days. I have recommended him to many of my friends and colleagues and will continue to do so. Such a professional decent advisor!
