Super Service!
The engineer, Craig Tonks, was superb - prompt, cheerful, friendly and energetic. He explained the issues he found and was quick with his work.
Faye in the office is super-efficient and friendly. Appointments were booked instantly.

Good Service, Easy to Work With
Whole process was nice and simple, quote online, accepted,booked in promptly. Engineers were polite and considerate. Work all looks good, invoice payment was simple.
Just easy and no nonsense all the way through, will be using JLN again for future works.

Excellent service by company and engineer
Craig diagnosed a potentially serious problem while carrying out annual service.
JLN immediately provided a quotation for repairs to rectify problem, which I accepted.
Craig returned and carried out repair promptly as appointed, in a friendly manner with consideration to my property. He showed me the replacement part and also the failed part which had completely disintegrated.
