I found Sharon Galley and her team to be very efficient, prompt and polite in their recent conveyancing work for me. Someone at JMP always answered the phone - a plus that you can't take for granted anymore. Emails were swiftly responded to, and when I had a query, it was addressed straight away. That's the service I was hoping for, and got. The whole sale process took less than six weeks - I think that speaks for itself!

A WhatsApp group was set up for interested parties. This was a great addition, cut out the time wasting of calling, no one answering, someone being busy, working etc. Communication was excellent, I was informed of progress of the house sale, both from my end and the buyers end. Any questions/queries were answered in good time, politely and very professionally, nothing to much trouble.
