After three stressful years I could write an essay about JMP but I just don't have the energy and want to forget about them. I'll just quote the Legal Ombudsman who agreed that 'the service provided by JMP has fallen below a reasonable standard' before awarding us compensation. Steer clear.

Having injured my back almost three years ago I decided to sue on a no win no fee basis with JMP Solicitors. My case progressed steadily until Monique Medd took over. Wow!! My case was transformed she is so on the ball. Within a couple of months my case was so strong that we reached an out of court settlement with very little loss of monetary value. I can not praise her too highly. The relief of not going to court, and finally having vindication for an injury that was not of my making, is wonderful. I can now get on with my life again. We had a house sale and a purchase which ended up being done separately.
Sale fell through twice and then we went ahead with sale and goods going into storage. Sold on the 4th November 2022 and purchased completed on the 10th January 2023

JMP dealt with a fairly straight forward property sale for me. Fees were transparent and fair especially given the service levels where I found they were efficient, personable and communicative. All emails were answered, most of the time I could get through to the person I needed and all calls were returned when I couldn't. I believe Kirsty took over the sale of my property from a colleague, which was done seemlessly and I barely noticed.

Having used 4 different conveyencors in the past, JMP are the only ones I would recommend or use again. Great service levels that are difficult to come by.
