Really disappointed in the after sales process. Not getting phone calls back or replies to any of my emails. No communication about a purchase

Ordered an item. Paid for it and not yet received it. When calling sales team they say someone will call you back still waiting. Emails are not replied to. This is not the way to keep my custom

I was kindly upgraded by the Joe Audio team when I initially ordered a Dragonfly black DAC that they didn't have in stock (they let me know they would send a red one without any extra charge).
Later the DAC developed a fault and it took quite a long time to get a replacement arranged, but they did come through in the end.

If I could give 6 stars then I would.From the very start I received top satisfaction when I enquired about an Audioquest NRG Z3 power cable for my system.This company truly bent over backwards with recommendations that in my system have brought my listening experience to new levels with blacker background and more detail.With competitive prices and my experience of customer satisfaction I will be back as soon as the upgrade bug hits.Highly Recommended..

Great shopping experience - competitive prices, swift delivery, products brand new, as advertised. The only thing to be aware of - I did not receive a despatch email as I was expecting so the courier turning up at my door the following day was a genuine surprise! Recommended.

Its been a month and I still haven't received my order. I contacted them after 2 weeks and they said it should arrive in a couple of days. Another two weeks later and its still not here and there as been no update from them either. I specifically chose Joe Audio because they said they had it in stock and delivery would be 2 days. Really disappointed.

They promised 5 day delivery and it's been 5 months now and they still haven't shown shipping. Their phone number doesn't work, their email link doesn't work, and they haven't responded to the emails I sent. Do not buy from them and do not trust anything on their website.

This is the second retro vinyl crate I've bought from Joe Audio, and I love it. It's a decent product, at a good price, and it comes on wheels so you can move the vinyl, which is handy. Delivery was super speedy and it came well packaged. Highly recommend.

I tried to buy an item, but there was an error on the website so the purchase button didn't work. I used the help chat, which confirmed the link was broken. I was asked to provide an email address and told they would look into it and get back to me. They didn't. A week later I tried again and the link had been restored. Date is approximate, I can't remember exactly.
