Great service, close to airport.

Everything went smoothly as far as reservation and drop off and pick up. The only issue I had was the driver that picked us up. He was aggressive in his driving. I have a broken shoulder and we were being bummed and bounced around the van because of his braking and style of driving. I was trying to hold my arm to not get hurt. Everyone in the van were not very happy.

Efficient, great location. Only issue, the driver who brought us back to the lot from the airport, did not help at all with our luggage. Going to the airport was pretty smooth.

Location, location, location. But they can be overcrowded even when you make reservations. So I have to take one star away for that.

Great service and frequent pickups for short wait times at airport arrival. Great overall but higher prices come with that quality would be the only negative with less discounts.

Valet parking our car was good. However, the transportation bus to airport was performing departures and arrivals at the same time. We (and others) were let outside the luggage carousels - bottom level. My husband had major back surgery 2 months before and I am handicapped. It was quite difficult and time consuming getting to United’s check in.

Upon our return, we were picked up promptly.
Checking out at Joe’s parking was easy.

Quick & Easy! I had the best experience. Pulled right up to valet and withing 5 minutes, our shuttle arrived to take us to LAX. Upon return, Joe's Shuttle picked us up at our terminal - again, 5 minute wait. Our car was waiting for us at the valet as we returned to the parking structure! I've never had a better experience parking at LAX.

Terrible, this place used to be good before Joe’s took over, shuttle bus drove by without stopping, next one was full. I was at terminal 1 so valet was called in early (obviously), but had to wait 15 minutes to get it when I got to the lot. My fee was pre-paid, but I had to wait in line to get receipt for valet....I won’t be back!

I use Joe's valet parking at LAX; great service. Always book in advance online and be sure to bring your printed reservation.

Always very quick to check you in and get you onto a shuttle. Short distance to terminals, hardly any waiting on out bound! Pickups on return seem quick and getting car and paying are fast, as well. Pricing is good, I like the valet service versus driving around to find a spot and then dragging bags to find where the shuttle is - what's not to like !

Staff for Valet parking is not friendly at all. Prices are way too high. They used to offer at $14/day, now price has gone up and no promotions offered.

They are so easy to book online, service is fast and effecient and you can't beat the location!!

If you know exactly what you are supposed to do it is fine. They do not explain anything. The staff at night when I came to pick up were upset because I did not keep a copy of my reservation and apparently it is too hard to look it up on the computer. The website should inform you that you need to print a copy of the reservation and it keep it for pick up. I will not use Joe's parking again.
