I have six of their palettes I love everyone. Haven't had any issues so far but I haven't used every color yet. I recommend everyone try this brand. I've not tried any of the other products because I just can't afford to get everything but if I could I would love to try all the other goodies they make. I'm truly wanting Til Death and Spellbound. I use them on my YT channel. The packaging is beautiful.

Beautiful packaging but the actual products are disappointing. The quality is not consistent, there can be a top notch pigment in one pan and completely non existent in another, and all of this inside one palette.

Infinity Gel Liner in black was completely dried out and unusable.

Prime Time and Line gel liner in “Bloody Burgundy” is a gorgeous color in a soft, creamy consistency with great color payoff.

Liquid lipstick in “Haunted” is a gorgeous color that I got many compliments in. It doesn’t feel too bad on the lips for a liquid lipstick but it dries so fast that you gotta be super quick with applying.

My order took almost two month to arrive. I was already sure I got scammed but the customer service was nice and gave me an extra eyeliner. Too bad it was dried out and unusable.

Minus points for making it impossible to leave a review on their Shopify.

I won’t be buying from them again. Too bad. Their palettes are beautiful.

Beautiful products although I received an item damaged (not their fault) I contacted them to advise and was offered a voucher and a way to fix the palette (minds blown - didn't know you could do that and now it's fixed) or to post another. I chose the voucher option and have ordered more bits ❤️ Thanks to Katie for sorting this out so quickly.

Love this brand. As a goth girl it's not always easy to find makeup that fits my aesthetic, but Jolie Beauty nails it every time.
A couple of friends also were amazed by their Siren and Sorceress palettes :D

I stumbled upon Jolie beauty cosmetics via ads on Facebook and was hooked from day one. I now have the sunset pallet, the zombie palette, and the sirens palette. I even got my mom the sirens palette and she absolutely loves it. I love the variety and shimmers because anything at Sephora lately has been nude, matte and dull. A plus all around for giving me variety and color in eyeshadow again 👍👏😁

I've had several products from this brand including the Sirens palette, foundation brush and a few different shades of the air matte lipsticks. All of them have been amazing and exceeded my expectations, especially the air matte lipstick. I have had all sorts of matt lipsticks from different brands but none of them can compare with the staying power of the Air Matte lipsticks from Jolie Beauty. Also I'd been after a forest green lipstick for ages and really struggled to find one, but Jolie Beauty has one and it's stunning.

If you haven't tried this brand before and you like things that are a bit different and edgy then give it go. You won't be disappointed

I received my palette quickly within a few days, well packaged. I just love how it has neons, shimmers and pressed glitters in it. It was value for money and I def have a few more I would like to buy.

I am so happy with latest products I have ordered, the Second Skin Concealer and Til Death Palette. The concealer is immensely pigmented, smooth and comes in a much bigger than standard tube. I'm sure I could use it as a foundation.
The Til Death palette is phenomenal, the colours are so very pigmented (like all Jolie products), go well together and are perfect for everyday and ANY occasion. Very happy, as usual.

I got the jolie beauty golden skies eyeshadow palette for my birthday the packaging was amazing and the colours were so vibrant and beautiful the pigment was perfect the eyeliner was amazing as well applying it was easy and was a lovely black as some are too light and rub off easily

I was able to find the products I wanted easily. Being able to track my parcel was extremely useful.
The products are great quality, beautifully pigmented and exceptionally packaged.

The Vampyrism packaging and colour choices are very thoughtful and exciting. However, the pigments could use some work, they look great at first but they smudge so easily, black goes to grey and it fades colours very quickly. The glitters are not creamy, they are like real glitter which is quite coarse and gets everywhere. If you're using these to take photos they look good but maybe not last well in person. The last brand I used was Juvia's Place and they do not budge. I like the palette but I was expecting better staying power for the price.

This company is an excellence in makeup field. I've tried many different products, from palettes to liquid eyeshadows, and all of them are amazing, with high quality and colours are to die for.
Last but not least, superb customer service. I had problems with our local postal service but Jolie beauty's customer service helped me a lot.

Hello I've made 3 orders recently 2 of which I've recieved and are stunning. But I ordered the til death pallette and it has not turned up. Tried to track it and royal mail saying its an untracked service... No reply on any social media. Shop pay is saying it was delivered 5 days ago. I have checked with neighbours and all around the house and it's nowhere in sight.

It was a birthday gift and needed urgently. I have had no response from anywhere... I have emailed too and sent messages on fb, insta, shop pay, tiktok and nothing 😢 this is making me wary of ordering anything else. Such a shame as I've recieved everything else but this pallette as it was ordered seperately.

I ordered siren pallette... Recieved.
Then I orderd til death pallette.
Then I ordered a bunch of eye creams til death and heavy metal and a few other bits.

That turned up but the til death pallette is nowhere in sight 😔😔 I am very worried and I don't have money for another gift. I really needed this pallette. Why is it not tracked like everything else? Makes no sense to me.

Can someone please look into this and I will adjust my review accordingly.

I got the dark siren bundle. The pallette is so pretty and the colors are pigmented, but the glitter shadows are hare to use. The 2 liquid shadows I got are amazing and so pretty same with the eyeshadow pots. Lip gloss is nice and the liquid lip drys down matte and is Transfer proof. Packaging is so cheap though. Did take over a month to get. I don't think it's worth the price point though.

Jolie Beauty has some less than 5 star products but overall having dealt with their customer service I am Satisfied. I love their Vampyrism, Radiance, Siren, and Intergalatic palettes. But the Zombified palette needs more work. Their liquid lips also need to be reformulated but I've found their liquid eyeshadows and cream eyeshadows surprisingly good. I love the creativity of themes for each collection. I received one of their palettes destroyed and their team was quick to send me out a new palette for free even though my shipping was International. It did take several weeks to arrive but that was due to the fault of the Royal Mail not Jolie Beauty. They were very patient with my concerns and emails and I was so excited once the new palette arrived. I hope they can improve on their packaging so their collections are safe.

I have contacted their customer service for advise, because the 2 pressed glitter from the zombified palette were absolute crap. Impossible to layer on your eyes, the product does not stick on your eyes or skin at all, it can’t be worked with brushes or tools of any kind, and not even with your finger! It crumbles apart! Since i really wanted to like the product, i have asked for their advise, i thought maybe i’m using it wrong and they can suggest how to make it work, or maybe the product happened to be faulty.. Anyway, they never bothered to reply, which is what pisses me off and the reason why i’m giving 1 star. Products are expensive and quality does not justify the price, nor the non existing customer service does.

It is a scam, I placed my order on July 27, since a product was missing I had to wait until August, which is when they supposedly sent my order (#113901), but it never arrived in Madrid, apparently cosmetic products cannot be sent and Customs wouldn't let him in, they returned the order to origin. But instead of returning the money, they tricked me by saying that they would send it again with another transport company on September 18, this time with another order number (#116164), again the order did not arrive and this time I did not even hear back. customs. I have tried to contact Jolie Beauty but they no longer respond to messages. I do not recommend placing orders because they cannot ship it but they say yes to keep the money (€96.91)
It's been five months.
I am very disappointed.

Ordered a £50 mystery box for Christmas for my daughter.
The tracking app said it was delivered but it was not at my house or any neighbours.
I have tried all the contact options on the website and have had absolutely no reply of communication from them . There is no phone contact number just email or web forms, very poor indeed.

Love the products, love the packaging and everything about what I order. My experience shopping here has always been positive and products shipped and delivered quickly so thank you very much.
