Pleasant helpful armosphere, staff appeared to have a pleasant working environment busy but always happy to help.

What an experience
Having arrived at the store the staff were very welcoming and answered all our questions we asked. Having been to other stores with other names we were sceptical, but over a few days we seen a difference in our dogs and found the information the staff gave was absolutely spot on.
