Young lady on the till was so very helpful, I can’t lift anything heavy following a rare cardiac arrest and she sorted my bags out and put them in my trolley for me. I couldn’t thank her enough. Another member of staff asked me if I needed any help or advice. Lovely to shop here

Fab Pet store
This is the 3rd time I have been to this shop, would go more but it’s a 45 min journey. I love the dried dead stuff pick and mix for my dog, she loves seeing what I come back with each time. The staff on till are really friendly, young man on the till remembers me which is crazy and asks about my dog which is really nice. They seem like happy workers.

Couldn’t of been more helpful, the lady in store was very friendly ( Tania , Chester store ) called again and she remembered and asked about our dog we’d got from the rescue genuinely interested and asked to see pictures. Saved our day purchased a dog cage as let down by another store.🙏🐕

Very grumpy staff member
Nothing wrong with the products but the member of staff who served me was truly awful! I wouldn't normally comment on a member of staff but she looked completely disinterested and I could hardly hear her mumble at me. Maybe she was just having an off day but I would really not have her in a customer facing role with such an awful attitude!
