First time we’d been in to Jolley’s (Chester store) we were very happy with the service we received when looking for some new feeding bowls for our cats and some alternative foods for our fussy eaters! The lady at the till even gave us some free samples of Jolley’s own brand cat food, which we are now trying. Thank you.

The Lady/man at the till not entirely sure which it was if I'm honest dark hair tattoos maybe piercings was extremely unfriendly and seemed extremely unhappy in the customer service role, put me off going there tbh. Very hostile.

Great service!
Went in for dog food that was on sale, smashed the prices of anywhere else. Then I bought treats at the till and the lady was really helpful in coming out and showing me some other stuff on the shelves that I’d asked about. I wasn’t sure if I’d signed up to the loyalty club when I’d visited in a different city previously. She was very friendly and upbeat when she looked me up on the till and found that yes I had joined and she explained some of the perks available as a member. This was just 10mins before closing but I was treated like we had all the time, not at all rushed. Fantastic service Jolleys Chester, well done!!
