Not a pleasant visit
Visited the Chester store on Wednesday and bought some natural treats for my dogs. When I went to pay, the assistant said, “What’s in there?” — no hello or friendly greeting. I replied, “Oh, I can’t remember,” as the bag is usually emptied and scanned at the till. She seemed quite put out that she’d have to empty the bag to check, which made me feel rather uneasy.

Your new employee does not have a clue…
Your new employee does not have a clue about Customer service or health hygiene. He was miserable and couldn't give a damp. Never said thank you, goodbye just sat down bouncing a ball and never looked up again.
Very surprised as previous assistants have been attentive, smiles and nice human beings.

Went in for dog collars, harness &. dog tags.
Good selection of collars and harnesses. Dog tags were more problematic as the machine to engrave the was p,aging up. The staff member Rose was exceptional , managed to get the machine going and assisted throughout the process.
