New to Jollyes - Now a long term customer
Im fairly new to shopping at Jollyes
but I have to say they are great - At least at the Chester Store.
Ive only bought food and flea drops for our cat.
The staff are extremely friendly and Knowledgeable
Would recommend.
I would say is was a better experience than the other well know pet place if I'm honest.

Cat Vaccination
I brought my cat to have his booster injection. The whole experience was fantastic, the vet and the other 2 colleagues were friendly, chatty, happy and it just made the visit really easy. So much so I've been recommending you to everyone I know with a pet. Just for personal context this was £35 cheaper than my actual vets charge.

Bird food etc
Staff great, products and prices good. Need to have live fish for sale. Only problem was no record of being a member although I had registered a few days before on my first visit there, so had to re-register.

Great knowledgeable staff
May, the staff member who served me was able to show me where products were and tell me what was available for something I wanted to think about. She explained the rewards scheme and got me signed up quickly. Gave me some free cat food samples and was knowledgeable about what products the store held and alternative options.
