From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. Earlier this month it was also named for the first time as one of the best big companies to work for in the Sunday Times annual survey. A full list of stores and advice for customers on owning a pet can be found at www.jollyes.co.uk. Don’t worry if you don’t have a store nearby, you can shop and find helpful advice on our website.

disaudisappointed with the service…

I am very disappointed with the service at this store , I have got my fussy eater dog to enjoy your natures menu country hunter pouches. Every time I go to store they have run out , you advertise this product as only available here and one more store in Christchurch. On complaining told you will only provide what you think is needed and staff unable to request more , why are you not meeting the need of this store , very disappointed and frustrated

Disappointed

Nothing jolly about the Christchurch store! Could not have been more rude or disinterested. Staff were more interested in talking about their social life. I did eventually get the attention of one store assistant who couldn’t answer a question about the likimats in stock and suggested I tried another pet shop. I purchased a dog chew and other store assistant on the till was bored and fed up and no pleases or thank yous. I work in retail and understand it can be hard going at times. I was polite but shocked at the total lack of customer service. If I behaved like that in my store I would be fired.
It’s a shame as the store seemed to have a good choice of products but I didn’t want to stay and look.

Great service

The gentleman who served me was brilliant, when I asked why you didn’t supply a product I normally buy he explained that you do but it has changed packaging. And took me to where it was
