From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. IT systems need to be better
Click and collect worked great, but the online stock showed 2 items which I ordered but shortly after I received an email telling me that only one was available.
The shop refunded me the difference when I collected the item and was back in my bank account within 12 hours.
I was unable to log back in to my Jolleys account from my mobile with an unspecified security error.
The staff were as helpful as they could be.

Popped in for Birthday cakes, my friend who is also a dog walker mentioned the outlet to me but sadly not a great selection on offer, with staff saying they expecting a delivery that day - was it a reason to be not engaging with customers ?
Not sure I be rushing back - we have a plenty of choice down here to shop for pets 🐕
