First time I have used for vaccinations. Courtesy of Vet and Nurse excellent. Efficient and timely. Nurse even carried our cat in basket out to my car. Faultless service and excellent value for money.

Item not in stock . I wanted natures menu cat treats . They’re on the web site and was the reason I came . I also wanted some crystal cat litter but there wasn’t any . I did manage to buy some cat food .

Shocking it’s not a pet store it’s a dog shop with odd leftover bits for other pets 10% of shop is others .. joke of a shop .. staff were amazing and always helpful but they agreed with me and felt helpless .. reward scheme always been a joke as again mainly for dogs and maybe cats but no other pets .. should be shut under trades description for not being a pet store .. you are definitely not pet people embarrassing

Always friendly and helpful, my partner had an issue with another customer at one point and the staff couldn't of done more to help after she went down in the middle of the store due to her medical issues, after this they have always asked how we are and even enjoy seeing our dogs who have grown up going there as they are our go to for pet supplies
