Brilliant customer service
My cat has become a very fussy eater. I purchased 2 large boxes of car food & forgot to get a receipt. I did use my club card though. Of course my cat didn't like it. I returned one unopened box and explained my predicament and was very happy that the staff allowed me to exchange the cat food for another type to try and even gave me a refund for the unspent amount. Thanks so much

Get to jollyes at flint and I got 2 sacks go parrot food at £25.95 a sack . Got home to find one had been taped up . Some of it was missing. I do not want to travel 17 miles there and 17 miles back just to change it or get a refund

Took kids for a first visit to get some bird foods for our conures, and i was surprised at the variety of foods and accessories available at a fair price. The three kids loved looking around and the staff were very helpful and pleasant. Making our visit an enjoyable one. If i had of been able to afford more im sure i would of walked away with a lot more than i actually did, as the sales and offers where very fairly priced. Thanks
