Best pet store
Always plenty of stock with great prices. The staff are always so helpful and friendly and there is always a treat pot at the counter so my dog always gets a treat. I wouldn't shop at any other pet store in fact we travel 17 miles just to go there (Hailsham East Sussex).

Just massively disappointed
have been part of the Jollyes pet club for years and since Jan 2025 I stopped receiving the vouchers by email or any discount, so received no benefit of remaining faithful to Jollyes. A couple of weeks ago the manager of the Hailsham, East Sussex store said he was going to contact the head office, because I too have reached out, but have had many failed attempts as no one ever picks the phone up but as yet I still have not had any further updates or any credit/vouchers added to my account. As much as the staff are reasonably nice, I also received some bad advice regarding food. The man did not ask too many questions and instantly assumed that the problems I was having with my dogs was food related. I have now found out that it is nothing to do with food. So I ended up spending unnecessary amounts of money when I didnt need.
I will be finding other alternative food for my dogs if this doesn't get resolved.

an unnecessarily fussy procedure
an unnecessarily fussy procedure in redeeming a voucher - involving trying to to locate the original email on a phone in a queue in a busy shop in order to press a button - In the end I gave up. The voucher was clearly visible on my account on the till screen. I had clearly identified myself as the account holder. Why on earth could the till assistant not simply activate the voucher? I was not impressed.
