Went above and beyond
Wanted food that was online only but the store had the food ,couldn’t get to do click and collect ,staff tried to assist but to no avail ,to save having to go home and come back they had a word with the manager who allowed me to buy the food for my poorly dog .Thanks to all,can’t believe items are in store and can’t purchase unless use the click and collect !!!!
MAY I SUGESST YOU ADD A CHECK OUT AS A GUEST FACILITY TO YOUR WEB SIGHT ??WOULD HAVE SOLVED MY PROBLEM.

Having spoken to manager regarding out of stock lifestage salmon and potatoe for my dog, he rang me back, to say when it comes in he will put by out the back, I asked for whole case, he left a messsge on my phone well a voicemail for me to say it was in ,I went in to collect next day a very happy dog I have now, thankyou Jolleys manager.
