The staff were lovely, informative and really helpful. The whole experience of shopping instore was fabulous. My puppy enjoyed it a little too much!

Evev on a busy Sunday, the shop assistant helped me finding the right harness and adjusted it for my rescue dog whom I had only the previous day. She was patient and calm with him and he was happy to be touched by her.

As always, very helpful Very friendly And most of all have knowledge of all the products on sale

Staff were extremely helpful

It used to run a lot smoother before it was taken over and service was better even though there were less staff. One delivery a week isn't enough, live foods are not in stock for long and dog food is hit and miss.

Great service from the staff to the raw food selection

I have a really fussy dog, the only food he likes is Naked raw food chicken or beef. Everytime I go to Hailsham branch to buy his food the freezers are empty. Personally I don't think this should be allowed to happen. Food should be available all the time. No wonder dogs get fussy or upset stomachs.

Jolly’s has everything you need under one roof for your pet

Positives: The loyalty programme is great and saves me money on pet food. The staff are always polite, friendly & helpful. The store is very close to me (which is handy as sometimes I have to visit more than once - see below!)
Negatives: sometimes there is very little stock and occasionally I have only been able to buy one or two meals for my dogs and had to return the following day for more. Since the refurbishment, the sales counter is ridiculously high! I am 5'1", the dog food bags are very heavy and I have to lift them up from a basket onto a counter that is chest high -it's a back injury waiting to happen. It also slows down the checkout as it takes longer to move everything from the floor to the counter and then back to the floor into bags. There is also not much space on the counter top either. It's very poorly designed and much worse than the previous checkout arrangement for customers.

The vet vaccinated and microchipped my tiny puppy and was very efficient and kind.

You should have more staff poor staff member hadn’t had a break all day and it was 4pm

In the last year the store has gone markably down hill. When I asked why Skinners Rough and Ready had gone up from around £28 to over £42 and was it just in the wrong place . I was told it was where it was supposed to be and "that's inflation for you". Half the time they have run out of the raw feed I use. With 7 breeding gundogs I buy thousands of pounds of feed from you a year. There seems to be no loyalty privileges anymore and the app won't work. The rapid changes in staff means they don't know the products and couldn't help if they wanted to. If I had another feed store closer I would definitely stop using jollyes.
