From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. Earlier this month it was also named for the first time as one of the best big companies to work for in the Sunday Times annual survey. A full list of stores and advice for customers on owning a pet can be found at www.jollyes.co.uk. Don’t worry if you don’t have a store nearby, you can shop and find helpful advice on our website.

Large variety of products reasonable prices good service from staff
The assistant was very helpful as my dog had a digestive issue and I want to purchase grain free dog food to aid better digestion. I was encouraged to try Life Stage and Harringtons, I have tried both and my dog is very happy with the new meals, with her digestion improving daily. Definitely shop there again.
Everything we need is always in store, good prices and bonus vouchers. Friendly staff
I always receive exceptional service. Staff are always helpful. They're also appreciative of all my donations to good causes
Very good excellent customers service people who worked there very friendly talking nice giving you good idea always smiling all this enough to give 10 stars but only I can give 5 because is a maximum. I would like to say big thanks all of you.
Always have what I need in stock . Always friendly staff .
I switched from PAH as Jollyes give me a discount on every purchase without having to fish for some offers on an app.
I think their LifeStage dog food range is pretty decent for the money.
Great lay out in store , very polite and helpful staff 👍
Your colleague Jack is a star the customer in front of me was so rude to him and jack kept his cool and was polite to him but I told the customer that he was an idiot (would of wrote something else but not aloud ) x
Everyone is always very pleasant at the Harlow branch! ( even if I did turn up 5 mins before closing).
Absolutely appalled, went in to buy some loose parrot seed to be told we no longer use the buckets so asked for a bag, was then told we have no bags, then asked for a carrier bag, the manager there wanted to charge me 30p for a carrier bag, what an absolute plonker. I asked him to refill the container that holds the seed with a plastic sack of seed, which he did, I then said I will have that bag as your now going to put it in the bin, he said it will weigh more 😂😂 I said I have no choice though do I. Nothing like being a helpful manager, he certainly wasn't going out of his way to help. Who on earth put him in charge of a huge store like that 😂😂😂
