Mislead & over charged because of incorrect price tickets.
Shopping in Lisburn branch bought 2 dig & foraging trays for my rabbits the shelf edge ticket said ‘NOW £5’ - at the time a member of staff was working on re merchandising this particular department and had finished the shelves I was picking from, items were well stocked, tidy & ticketed. After paying I checked my receipt because my overall purchase seemed to be a higher total than I was anticipating - these foraging trays went through as £9 each I returned to the tills and queried the prices of these trays and the excel kibble I’d got, I showed the manager the shelf edge and he told me he was unable to change the price of these trays item and agreed they were clearly marked ‘NOW £5’ which I wasn’t happy about I did insist that the ticket be removed immediately incase another customer was had! I was refunded the 2 trays but took an extra bag of excel kibble which was reduced.
