No offer of help with the 3 large bags of food ( which I've recieved in previous occasions ) .

Shop is great, app terrible
Shop is great, and the lifestage food range is excellent however...
Website and app are very poor.
Crashes often
Error "cannot login for security reasons" messages when I try and login when I know the password is correct.
Collecting points and vouchers is a waste of time if you can't login to use them.
It has been this way for the 2 years I have owned a dog, and I get the same issues on different phones.
