Fantastic young lady at counter
Fantastic young lady at counter. Helped me with a query regarding flea treatment for my dogs and cats. She also explained your point system and signed me up immediately. Great service, polite, helpful and friendly, and my dogs got a tasty treat for free!

Lovely staff
Lovely staff. I am 36 weeks pregnant and needed to buy some cat litter. One of the workers carried the litter to the till, sorted the transaction out quickly then carried to the boot of my car for me!

Great staff
We popped in to the Milton keynes branch and asked advice on food for our dog & cat. Chris was extremely helpful, did not rush his time, listened to what we were saying and recommended us some great products. Even the guy on the till was very friendly.
