Frustrating website
Jollyes online pet store was a frustrating experience. Tried to purchase two coats for our tiny dog. The sizes were unavailable at our local Newport (wales) store and we were directed to their online store.
Once online we were unable to check out as we got a repeated message telling us one (but not which one) of the two items in our basket was unavailable.
We tried to pay for both and get a refund for the one that wouldn’t arrive. Couldn’t do that. We tried to but something else and check out. Couldn’t do that. We tried to pay using Klarna. Couldn’t do that. Returned to the shop and they gave the number for the head office which was unmanned.
We went to another outlet in Cardiff to finally buy what we wanted. They were the work size so had to return to exchange.
Moral of the story - sort out the website or stock more in your shops please!!!
Apart from that great shop.

Did not just rush to get a quick sale but took time showing me the different products and explaining about them . Thus wad important as i wad purchasing worming treatment for my new puppy and needed to know the oros and cons of each variety.

Friendly knowledgeable staff. Huge choice of toys food treats bedding and accessories for a huge range of animals. My local store is always clean and well stocked. My little granddaughter loves to come to Jollyes with me so she can watch the small pets.

Pleasing experience

We asked two ladies the price of things one said we would have to bring it to the till to check the other totally ignored us. Thins was a box of 150 fat balls which was quite heavy. The young lad at the till was the most helpful
