Went in to buy locusts for our chameleon. Most of the boxes contained more dead locusts than live. Left and went to Pets at Home instead.

Great Service, Dog Food
The store is tidy and there was lots of selection for dog food. I spoke to Tilly and Madi on the till who were ever so helpful with recommending which dog food to get for my pup. They very extremely helpful and knowledgeable on your products.

Bad customer service
Bad customer service whilst at the till station. Member of staff was miserable, it was a painful interaction. The same was observed for the people who were served before me. Staff even walked away when she had finished serving me, I hadn't even began packing my bags.
