Don't bother with reward scheme!
My purchase was fine, but the reward scheme is ridiculous! I spent £220 on dog food and got one 'visit' credited to my reward account - I've already got to 10 visits and got the princely sum of £2 as a reward...when I spend a considerable amount each time this is quite insulting! Up side is the prices are OK otherwise I'd shop somewhere else!

The lady who served us was very helpful and friendly and found my click and collect item straight away. I found the cat food prices to be quite good. There was plenty of choice as the shelves were well stocked.
