Good value shop -eventually!
I had seen that the type of wet dog food my dog eats was on offer, so went for a bulk buy. Unfortunately they had sold out so tried another make. It would have been a bargain but the till didn’t recognise the reduction so a bit of a rigmarole to get a partial refund. But both members of the team were polite.

new puppy toothbrush and toothpaste
Having got a new puppy we wanted to start on the right foot and buy toothbrush and toothpaste,I asked the young man behind the counter if the one I wanted was safe for puppies,after reading the info on the package he said" it doesn't say not to use on puppies but I wouldn't like to say yes",he asked another colleague who also wasn't sure,but then pointed to one specifically for puppies,which I hadn't seen.The fact they didn't want to sell a product they weren't sure of is showing their care for animals.
I really appreciated this,the staff are all helpful and polite. on an end note my puppy was having no part of teeth cleaning so will be going back for dental sticks.😀
