Good customer service and range of products. Staff always friendly and helpful
Friendly knowledgeable staff wide range of great products.
Prices ok, product good, but very disappointed that I lost a voucher due to not using, additionally whats the point of being a member as the perk of 10% discount has been removed.
Will look and shop elsewhere especially for the wet food, treats etc. Staff friendly and polite, I think they were genuinely disappointed that the discount had been removed earlier in the week.
I find the staff very helpful with any questions that I have ever had,& they are very knowledgeable & have advised myself concerning things to do with my border collie many times.
The prices for things are very reasonably compared to a few other out stores.
Unfortunately no Hills Hypoallergenic Treat bags which I can get from Pets at Home. Also no medium/large memory foam dog beds for dogs with bad joints. So not a successful trip sadly.
