Excellent shop and service.
The service at checkout was excellent. Went in for just a spray for my dog for itchy, red and sore skin and the young lady was very helpful and friendly. I love browsing round in the shop and can always find what I am looking for.

Great service. Helpful staff the only downside was you are no longer doing the 15% cards off pet food which really helped through hard times. I hope you do something similar.

I was happy with purchases but not happy being put off buying a hutch…
I was happy with purchases but when quering about a hutch wasn't impressed by the lecture and questions I received. I have a small rabbit and it was a large hutch which I was told wasn't big enough and questioned why I needed it when I had a indoor one! Hence I left and if I purchase one it won't be from there
