Staff awesome as always, just disappointing to see only 1 person serving but I know the minimum wage affects shops and the prices etc.
There weren't any live pets in there either, which there used to be.
I hope the shop is doing okay and wish they had one nearer to us as we'd go there more often.

Inadequate clip on back of harness coat.
I bought my young Cockerlier a harness coat. The first time out with it on she nearly got knocked over because the clip on the back came off due to it opening. The metal was obviously not strong enough. I returned it to the store and reported the fault.
