Thought I'd try jollyes after my son recommended it. Now I use it all the time for my dog's food and treats. Such better value for money than pet's at home. Lovely helpful staff also.

Shocking customer service
Shocking customer service, I was ignored while the member of staff who eventually served me couldn't tear herself away from her phone call. Even when she did finally decide to serve me she didn't have the decency to excuse herself from her call.
The only words she spoke to me was to tell me how much I owed. Fortunately there are other pet stores near by where my custom is appreciated as this has put me off going back to your store.

Great friendly advice
We were let down by an online company so popped into Jollyes early on Saturday morning. Great advice from friendly staff and a wide range of products. We’ve now ditched the online company and will be using Jollyes in future.
