Great store
Always well stocked, friendly staff and reasonable prices.
I routinely go here to stock on our dogs food. It’s not a particularly common brand, so very pleased that this conveniently located store stocks it.
The staff are always lovely. They are helpful and knowledgeable and have helped me out to the car with a large bag of dog food, while I’ve been carrying a stubborn toddler!

Always helpful staff and well equipped store in Telford. Only downside is there might be not enough staff. It would definitely benefit on having one person at the tile and one to help with any enquiries. Maybe I visit during unlucky hours.

I was a little disappointed that the young man behind the till stood and watched me struggle to get the sack of dog food off the shelf and drag it to the till and even after I’d paid there was no offer of help to carry it to the car. There maybe some crazy heath and safety rule that prevents staff from helping, so i didn’t want to ask, but as I am a more mature lady with back problems ( not that this should have made a difference as anyone of any age might struggle) I really could have done with a bit of help and was a little disappointed that none was offered.
Usually i have my son with me so it’s not a problem but on this occasion i was on my own.
