Staff were great with my grandchild
I needed to buy hay and some enrichment activities for my rabbits, however I was accompanied by my 20 month old grandchild. Staff were patient with him, spoke to him while he used my card to pay and waited while I retrieved him after he run off in the store. It makes a big difference when we are shopping for people to be patient and to talk to him.

Very up set with a jump on price
Very up set with a jump on price. The chicken food henergise has gone up 2 times this year from £6.98 to£9.00 big jump.
