The young man in the shop was really very helpful with dog leads, showing me how the different ones worked. There was not a great choice in dog leads, but I got two different ones, and a seat belt lead.

buy eukanuba puppy food week after week for years, found 3 beetles in last bag so asked the totton store to refund or exchange it, he ( callum ) refused telling me I have to contact eukanuba directly even though I didn't pay eukanuba I paid jollyes totton.
I took the bag and receipt, but to say there are repeated issues is out and out lies.
you can certainly see the difference since tdr capital took over both asda and jollyes

I purchased a silent dog whistle but…
I purchased a silent dog whistle but there wasn't any member of staff who could show me how to use it. Despite the sarcastic remark of it being silent, there was clearly a piece missing from the whistle. It would be useful if it came with instructions. I requested a full refund.

I haven't been in the store for a while…
I haven't been in the store for a while and it's changed a bit, set out better, in my opinion anyway. What has not changed though are the wonderful staff I'm happy to say, still super helpful.

Super helpful and friendly staff
The lovely staff member who served me today was very kind and super polite. She helped me carry my multiple items to the car even though I said I would make a few trips! I had a horrible day and this was an amazing gesture. Thats proper customer service.
