Went into the store in Waterlooville about the deputy manager was really rude and unprofessional I asked for help from bloke behind the till and the deputy manager came behind till very rude with a attitude as my dog's coat had torn and it isn't even a year old. Won't be going in there again.

Prices hard to beat
The prices and product selection are great.
I had issues with the new app and missed out on my voucher so not too happy with the app experience.
The assistant at the till knew nothing about the app so was unable to help.
