Good deals, great staff
Jollyes always has good deals - especially on Dentastix. Staff always really friendly and helpful in the Waterlooville branch and whenever it gets busy at check out they are always really quick to open another till to reduce waiting times

Great and pleasant atmosphere
Great and pleasant atmosphere, very friendly, welcoming and helpful staff! It has a great big range of selection options for all different pets, it’s quite easy to find what you’re looking for and the amazing part I think is how wide the isles are which is a must in my opinion because it allows those who are wheelchair users or those with prams etc… to be able to navigate the store without having any issues! It’s great to see that!

Excellent friendly professional service and advice
We lost our 5 th Labrador 2 yrs ago but last week an 8 yr old yellow came to us and I went to Jollyes and received excellent advice on feeding etc .
Katie looked after us and we are now using Lifestage salmon and trout and your excellent fish and meat packs.she has taken to these very well after a day or so .Katie fixed us up with collar and lead and took all to the car for me .fantastic friendly service.thank you we are back in the fold !! We have visited several times last week
