Didn’t have what I was looking for but the gentleman working at the store helped me and I purchased something similar.

Took our kittens for their vaccinations at the pet clinic was told to bring them back for second injections 2 weeks later, tried several times to book appointment, took nearly 8 weeks to get appointment when we got there was told we had to pay again because they needed to be vaccinated within 4 weeks, we explained we could not get appointments the female worker also said the online appointments was not working it had been playing up and all the manger said was he would give us 10% discount although it was not our fault no apology just pay again , so i have booked them in the vets which by the way was £11.00 cheaper per kitten. will definitely not use jolleys in willenhall again . Absolutely disgraceful attitude from manager when it was there fault . cheaper to have vaccinations at vets and more professional

Always competitively priced and quite often the cheapest when it comes to my dogs pretty expensive dog food. Staff are always helpful also!!

I just find the staff easy to talk to, they are friendly and helpful when needing advice. Always have a friendly greeting. The store always looks clean and tidy, easy to get around. Always happy to revisit the store.

Great customer service by a young guy, who sorted out budgie seeds in the bag for me, great staff.

I visited the store today for bird seed. It was a 12.5 kilo bag and very heavy. A store assistant saw me struggling and immediately offered help. Jess not only took the package to the till, she then waited and carried it to my car.
My husband has recently had cancer surgery and is not allowed to lift anything which is why I was struggling with it.

I bought some cat food and bird food. I noticed when I got home that the bird food had sell by day of 30 May 25 and I purchased it on 25 May. It was not even on offer!

Helpful staff and great affordable products

Bought large bag of bird seed and suet blocks which were good value for money.
