The great thing about this site is that you can really win, the problem is, you send the money back to your account. I verified the account 3 times. I sent documents over and over and the support wrote me messages asking me to verify myself :D In the end I managed to verify the account, I withdrew the money, but I will never come back here. The site is slow, buggy, support about nothing.

Don’t waste your time or money

When you withdraw you the money disappeared from my balance but there is no way to see the withdraw request status. Only deposits are visible.

Look the difference in reviews and complaints between casino.guru and Askgamblers. Isn't it strange that almost no complaints on Askgamblers? My complaint for reject twice without reason. However they don't show proof of this "licence" because the minute they do, and it shows that it's valid, I have my insurance company that will take legal action against those criminal trough the "government" of Anjouan. No. Just... no. I know there are a number of people who use free spins, no deposit bonuses only... never make a deposit... I'm not one of those patrons. I deposit. I expect bonuses to be fairly offered with reasonable terms, for example a rollover over 30x is just player abuse showing the casino either has a cash flow problem, or they cheat their players - it's either one or the other, or both. Then there are the "sticky bonuses" that are removed in the (very) unlikely event you have a cashout. Then there is the bet maximum per spin whilst using a bonus of $10. So if you're like me, deposit $400 or more, a rollover of $100,000 with $10 max bets allowable makes your deposit worthless. You might as well play on a casino game on your phone that never pays anything. It's throwing good money away. The customer service is friendly. Of course, that's the least they can do considering your financial contribution to them. Bottom line, if a casino can't stick with a rollover of 20 to 30 times, no max cashout, no bet restrictions, you're playing at a scam site. If you're a depositing player like myself, you're funding the people who don't - the people who use free spins, no deposit bonuses, etc. This has a nice selection of games, just poorly managed.
