Do not shop here. I ordered shoes in November 2025 and they never arrived. I received an email after Christmas that they were not able to fulfill my order and they would send a refund. I never received the refund and have reached out twice and it’s mid January 2026.

Terrible service. Ordered shoes April 28th, still Witing delivery! Claim been sent and in UK now since May. Not even responding to Paypal as I've opened a dispute. Just want my money back. Facebook should NOT be allowing them to advertise.

Missing an item in my order. Clothing smells like some form of weird chemical. I am very disappointed with the quality.

Absolutely shocking company. Does not tell you when ordering that it's coming from abroad and will take weeks to arrive. The item when eventually arrived was of very poor quality and when i sent it back the postage cost me £12.75 to return and then I get told they will not reimburse me for that and each time I try to talk to someone online they keep ending the chat so I can not talk to anyone. Absolute joke of a company

I will not order never to them , i m very dissapointed!!! The order came after almost 3 weeks and they send me the wrong size ( i ve ordered shoes size 4 ( 37 ) and they send me size 3 ( 35 ) !!! One of the dress has size S but it is so big ( could be size L) . Be aware !!!!

Theives. Do not order from this website. They send you terrible clothing in awful condition. Then when you want to send it back. They make it very difficult. I eventually managed to find out where to send it to and they lied and said they didn't receive it. I.am still owed nearly 50 pound. They are a very dishonest company.

I never received my order. I ordered on 10/31, it was shipped on 11/6, and I notified the company multiple times that I was leaving the country on 12/1. It was delivered on 12/2. Of course. Now they refuse to reroute or refund me, despite multiple warnings that I was leaving, stating the "shipping company lost it." They previously told me in writing "don't worry, if it doesn't come on time we will refund you, no problem." They lie, and they don't help their customers, and their shipping times are terrible.

I thought the clothing would fit small being that it was from overseas, so I ordered M . . . in hindsight, I should have gone with S, as everything fits true to US size.

The actual product took rather long to arrive although the customer service response was efficient and prompt. I was disappointed with the quality and it did not meet my expectations.

Some of the items are much smaller than I expected despite my ordering the correct size. For example the size 6 boots are far too small and I have taken this size for many years. The majority of the items appear to be made ok and are of a decent fabric quality for the price I paid, unsure if I will buy from them again simply because the pictures look fantastic but the items are quite average. Overall the service does what it says, you are kept advised on the progress of your order and delivery was in a timely manner.

Was a bit worried this was going to be a Scam. Turned out awesome! Items arrived as described and I would recommend them to anyone.

2 of the 3 masks that I ordered were really nice. The clear mask does not look like the picture. It is very stiff and breathing steams the whole thing up and it's pretty worthless.
