They do not refund me, they can't send me any confirmation that they will, if i asked them they can't give me an answer. the will constantly say tomorrow.

the only advice i can give you do not order over here. the material is very bad. and also you pay send back and don't receive you're money back. it is one big scam

Received all products as ordered and arrived sooner than expected. Good quality, sizing was a little on the small side but they still fit. Very happy with my purchases.

I would not even give this company 1 star , they are useless and it is a scam please do not order from here,my wife placed and order over £260 back on April 23rd 2020 still not received one single item, money was debited from account, she wrote a formal complaint 4 weeks ago via support@joyshoetique and yep you guessed it no response yet received regarding her complaint apart from one email asking her if she would like to place another order, absolutely pathetic bunch of people who are associated with this company,

Disappointed that the size chart was incorrect. I wear a perfect size 8 (39) and this sandal was not a true size 8. Runs small, customers should be advised to order up for a true fit. Wanted to return for exchange but was informed it would cost more $$ to do so. Will NOT order from this Joyshoetiue again!

Very cheap. I try to put it on and the chains just pop off. I'm going to have to find something to replace the chains with. Do not buy!

I was VERY unimpressed with the masks I bought! I paid $5 for each and with shipping it came to over $33. They are so small that I can't even wear them and are so thin I can't imagine they are really doing any good for anyone that can! I was able to resell two to a friend, but am stuck with the other two until I can find another person with a small enough face to wear them. I didn't feel I could send them back as it took a few weeks to get them and who knows if I'd ever get my money back! Will not order ANYTHING from this company ever again!

Did not mind the length of time it took. Almost a month. Sizing is so hard. Womens large is like child's medium. Must order extremely large is guess to get things to fit I guess. Still like the product, just wish it fit my wife so she could actually wear it!

Two of items are a bit small and white short suit quite thin and see through needs toi be a bit thicker the material.

My tops arrived sooner than I expected, they fit perfectly, and when I contacted customer service they were very responsive.

Lovely tops, as described and realistic sizes, will shop here again

Not impressed with this order which was way too small and would cost a fortune to return won't be using this site again.

Absolutely terrible.
Firstly beware the sizing is completely inaccurate. I ordered sizes as per my measurements and advertised on their site and when the items arrived they were half the size. It’s like they are children’s sizes.
Secondly when I actually tried to return the items I received absolutely no consideration or customer service from this company. They consistently refused to listen to my concerns despite the fact they had sent sizes that weren’t accurate.
I have sent no less than 20 emails and have gotten nowhere so have had to start a chargeback with my bank for the funds.
Their customer service is appalling.
Unless you are a size 0 I don’t recommend buying from this company.
Even still don’t expect them to be considerate if you need to return or exchange. You will lose your money.
Just a warning.

The final package came today, it took a while but understand the situation in this current climate.
