Ok so I was Still waiting for my items order 15th may. Emailed them over a week ago because tracking still says waiting to be packed. Got a reply 2 days ago saying the have escalated with picking team. I told them it's a ridiculous amount of time to pick items. Asked for a refund & today received an email saying items have been dispatched!! Items arrived & I'm actually really pleased. The dress I ordered is gorgeous & really fitted. Although the items took a while the quality & style makes up for it slightly. However on the 1st occasion of putting on the top I ordered the stitching is coming apart. Poor quality dont buy.

TERRIBLE IN EVERY SENSE OF THE WORD- do not buy from this site!
1.Orders take weeks and weeks to arrive
2. Quality is appalling, nothing like the photos or write up
3. Can’t get a refund without MASSIVE shipping costs
4. Can’t navigate the website to organise a simple refund

Do not buy from these. Fake goods although have email promising genuine article. Delivered in a box that looks like its been run over!

Placed order on 12 May. No contact from them, and still waiting on 4 June...

I give -5 if I am allowed. I ordered 5 items on 04/04, only received 3 as of today 05/29. I reached out the seller many times for my order and refund of the 2 items I never received or very chances are they never sent. Customer service Nancy replied:" We cannot refund you right now since parcels are still in transit". Therefore I tracked the shipment per the tracking # they provided, and no shipment found. Not even mention how bad quality I received, one pair of shoe broken the 1st day I worn it.

Buyer beware. I placed an order nearly a month ago and the tracking information I was provided still indicates a shipment in pre-shipment. I requested a refund and was denied due to shipment in progress. As I write this review, I still have no idea where my package is, i dont think joyshoetique knows either.

Do not shop here it's a complete scam. They sent me brand new shoes built incorrectly where you cannot wear the and then refused to return and help with $17 shipping cost to send them back to get fixed

Ive seen loads of bad reviews on here so I thought id give my honest account of what happened to me.
I ordered my bikinis before seeing the reviews on here (which would have put me off & I didn't believe the good ones- I thought they must have been lies) I became skeptical if my bikinis would ever turn up. I received emails from joyshoetique saying my order had been dispatched but the tracking number they gave me did not work on the royal mail website. I phoned the bank to try and get my money back but I had to wait a certain number of weeks to see if it turned up. Im so glad I waited because to my surprise they turned up today.
I am very happy with my items, they are a good fit and well made. I WOULD buy from here again! Thanks joyshoetique

7just placed an ordered, money came out of my account yet they claim I never paid for my order.

I wish i had read the reviews before ordering. I order a pair of sneakers around 4-18-20 and i received a FedEx shipping number a little over a week later however...this is the kicker: Shoetique created that shipping number but never sent it to fedex or never asked fedex to come pick it up. After receiving that info, I tried contacting shoenotunique or shoenothere (whatever) via their chatbox only to be disconnected by the rep or robot person. I searched the internet and found this number 213 260-3334 as their customer service number but they don't even answer that number. The call just disconnects after about the 5th ring. I also sent an email with no reply. All this was 2 weeks ago. I am now going to see if my bank can open a fraud claim and get my money back. Who knows it may work. I doubt now with so many people not receiving their products from this company, that I will ever receive my shoes.

Ordered items off this website on the 12th of May. It's now the 23rd. Tracking on my items seemed to of stopped on the 12th when the warehouse order was submitted and no further updates have been given.

Very quick to take money off you! I don't expect the items to be marvelous after reading other reviews (if they even arrive!)

Update: I received my items on June 8th. They're OK but wouldn't say fantastic concidering one dress and two facemasks cost me over £50. The quality is OK. Dress is nice but big in the chest area and material is cheap compared to the pictures shown. Happy I've received my order but won't be ordering from them again.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I’m beginning to believe these good ratings On this site are all fake!! I placed an order in Mid-April and my inquires have gone unanswered. It’s been a month. The tracking looks suspect...the tracking says it originated from China and by the Apr 27th, their website states it arrived in CA...I live in DC. I contacted FED-x and they’re saying the item hasn’t been sent by the deliverer...smh.

I have two orders i made with Joy Shoetique: 1) a pair of shoes i orderd in 4/2020 & have not recevied as of today 6/18/20, and
2) a second order for 3 dresses made on 5/31/20. this order is STILL sitting in CHINA after 3+ weeks of no confirmation, no communication from the vendor. also their phone number in the u.s. BELONGS TO A SCHOOL. Red flags all over! As a legal person i NEVER allow any entity to keep what does not belong to them, that which they have not earned. gurrrlz get ur schmoney back if this happened to you! lol. opinion: I won't chance it again. DONT ORDER FROM JOY SHOETIQUE! thanks trustpilot!

I recently purchased an item from Joyshowtique and the item was a terrible quality for the price so I opted to return the item.
They said that to return the item I had to send it tracked and provide them with the tracking number and weight of the package. As the return address was out of the UK it cost me over £11 to return the item.
Shocking customer service leaving me massively out of pocket.

Ordered over a month ago still waiting for the product to land stateside.

Items take over a month to arrive and then are poor quality and faulty! Trying to get a refund and they have offered me 10% off my next item OR a partial refund minus 20%!! Company based in China not UK!!! Now requesting me to return to Germany!!!

I ordered some clothes on April 8, 2020 and I still have not received them and they have charged my account. Now they can't find my order number or tracking number. Joyshoetique is a horrible company and they are thieves, because they charged my account but have not shipped the merchandise. They are really crooked and I would never buy anything from them ever again and I will have my attorney to sue them for theft!
