Oh my gosh! This company is a fraud. They never sent my items. When I asked for a refund, they said they had done it and when I asked when, they don't answer. Then they changed their story saying he shipped the items and provided a tracking number. 2 weeks later, the tracking number is not showing. I lost over $100 but i stopped contacting them because it was just not worth the headache. I warned them i would leave a review to warn others of their terrible customer service and sales team. i do not recommend shopping with their online store.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! TOTAL SCAM!!! placed an order for face masks. paid for 3-5 day express shipping. after 7 days got an email that my order was shipped and 5 minutes later got another email that most of the order was out of stock. the 1 item that was supposidly shipped had a fake dhl tracking number. only way to contact them is through whatsapp. long story short after they gave me the runaround for 2 days i told them to cancell the order. they said they would refund my credit card for the entire amount, which they did not!! refunded $64 on a $88 order. this is going on 3 weeks now!!! horrible company!!!

The worst dress i've ever had! The picture on the site is literally fake and the original is Just a drama, I am so dissapointed!!

SCAM DO NOT ORDER - placed an order and then 5 days later told me they were out of stock and they would refund me and it would take 7-1 working days - not weeks later still no refund - done a chargeback on my credit card so have got money back but how many people would forget to check that they were refunded - £20.88 order x that by 100 people thats over £2k scammed

I must admit i was a bit wary after a past experience with a different online company.
I was pleasently surprised!
Packaging, quality and delivery good.
Excellent fit, washed really well and colour as shown!
Very pleased with my purchase.

If I could give this website a negative rating I would do so, in a heartbeat. I ordered a pair of shoes from them over 10 WEEKS now, and I still have not received them (they were fast to take my money out of my account). I have been trying to reach them but they do not have a real phone number on their site, and don't even bother with an email (unless you want to be called sweetie, and not to worry) because its useless. The only way I was able to reach them was through a DM on Instagram and they sent a fake link for me to track my order. This is not an honest company, do not fall for it. keep your money as far as possible from this unprofessional company, and skip a headache.

I had a very bad experience with this shop and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. They withhold my payment for more than 2 weeks by now telling me at first that they canceled my order, than that they shipped my order (after 2 weeks!) and their customer service is really extremely miserable.

Honestly a complete waste of time and money. The item I received was poor quality and looked just ridiculous. To return items you have to print out a returns sticker and spend your own money to send it back, it cost over 13 pounds to send it back so it was almost not worth it.

Uk site Chinese company now been told another 3 weeks before items dispatched, already been waiting two weeks. Items been picked and awaiting packing for a week now clearly misleading as delivery option said five days

Why this website under UK website address ??? And the clothing coming from china 👎👎👎 It's a fraud this website making people think it's coming from the UK but its coming from China which it takes weeks for your item to come

I ordered a pair of slippers on 12/3/19 for a Christmas gift and contacted the seller on the 20th because I had no tracking number. I was informed the package was in transit from CHINA and should be expected in 27 DAYS. I asked to cancel the order and was told that since it was in transit there was nothing I could do.

Don’t buy anything from this company! I ordered three tops and they where delivered two moths later somewhere in the Netherlands. I couldn’t find out where my order was, because the track and trace link was only showing that my order was delivered to the Netherlands, so I contacted the company.

In short: they cut me off and I had to find out myself where my order was been delivered.

The tops are really bad quality and dit not look even a bit as in the pictures.

PS: the review site trustpilot.com removes all the bad reviews!

Ordered 2 dresses( same dress ,different sizes) for a wedding, after wearing one for just over a hour both straps broke .
Clothes made of very cheap materials and quality.
I have asked for a full refund to have a reply saying they would refund me 60% on the 2nd dress ordered for size and 50% for the faulty dress 🤬.
I explained I wanted a full refund on both dresses as one I didn't wear and the other was faulty and left me stuck at a wedding with no other clothes to wear due to there dress being faulty.
I am utterly disgusted to how I have been treated by this company!!!
Also cant even find a return lable in there site to return items .
And they are not sending me one by email to print.

Terrible. Took two months. Arrived not to size or quality. Wont return. Had to pay for return shipping with tracking ability which cost a fortune then they took the initial shipping off refund too. Total scam, never again.

No goods arrived yet! Only 18 days into the order but I dont think anything will arrive. Looking at the reviews I guess it is a fake store. Glad I didnt spend to much money.

I ordered a few pieces on 11/1, it's a month later and not only have I not received my order, but I can't even get int touch with anyone,

I will wait another week before I reach out to my cc company.

Ordered something, never received it. Had to let my creditcard get the money back. They kept saying igt was arriving any moment, but of course it never did.

Then tried to unsubscribe from their mailing list. After several emails and complaints, it finally worked. Two years later, they're emailing me again! I can't seem to get rid of this fraudulent shop. VERY ANNOYING. DON'T SHOP HERE.

Bought two pairs of shoes months ago. They will not refund my money nor send the shoes. They keep saying they sent them. DO NOT waste your money on overseas companies as you cannot dispute it when you don't receive your product.

All of the 5 star reviews for joyshoetique have 4 reviews for the same 4 companies!! Coincidence? Trustpilot needs to make sure to vet the Trustpilot reviews. This site is being hijaked by marketers.
