I purchased two items on line and when I contacted the company for a return authorization I was asked to send complete picture of the items as well as pictures of the package bags they were in. Although a bizarre request, I sent the pictures. Then I got an email offering me 15% off next order if I kept the items. I advised I did not want 15% off but wanted to return and get a credit on my credit card. Finally after many emails or stalling on their part, I was given a return address to send the items in Rancho Cucamonga, CA along with several items they wanted to be completed with the return. They again offered more of a discount 20% to keep items.
After much discussion, the items were returned at my expense and I still have not received a credit. They told me it would take several months. It has now been 11 months and I still have not received a credit or refund. Stay away from this company!!

I purchased a dress for a function, 2 weeks later I get an email it is out of stock, I requested a refund as I was not going to wait another 6 weeks for a dress to be made, the whole ordeal has been stressful trying to get my money back, it took five weeks for me to get my money back, I ended up contacting trading standards and my bank who did an investigation on my behalf. I wish I had read the reviews first, this company is terrible, they take your money with no intention of sending you the goods. BEWARE!!! BE CAREFUL!!!!!

Love the shoes they displayed，from sneakers to high heels，shipping is fast and I am ready to wear them on my birthday party.

The shipping isn't fast at all. They say 3-5 days on the confirmation email and now the customer service is saying 15 days. I have brought this dress for my 21st. They have told me it is coming from China (Unacceptable it will take more than 15 days).

They provided me with an tracking number to which it stated that my parcel got delivered to my house yesterday (it didnt) i went to all the my neighbours house and they all denied having the parcel. I rang Royal Mail to which they told me the tracking number they provided me was someone else's tracking number. I emailed the company and they provided me with another tracking number. Again, this tracking number was a false tracking number. I am now waiting for a reply from the team to let me know of the whereabouts of my parcel.

I fell in love with a pair of shoes online. When they arrived, they were poorly made. I decided not to complain, but after an hour of wearing them, the right toe stretched out so far that they were no longer comfortable to wear. I tried to get another pair or a refund. I was continually offered only a 30% refund or told I would have to pay the extremely high shipping fees to send them back. You should shop elsewhere!!!

These 5 star reviews have to be fake! These clothes are nothing like the photos. They were made with the cheapest material they could find. Horribly put together. I don't know where they got the photos that are on their website but I would love to know because I want to buy from there! Complete scam! I just wrote them and asked to send back for a refund but I have a feeling it's going to be a pain! Probably out of pocket for the return even though they completely lied on their website showing photos of clothes that are obviously not their own and then attempting to re-create them and failing so horribly! I have many photos that I would love to show you all. Wish I could post them on here.

I order from this company on June 30, 2019 & never received my order as they of yet when I call Pay Pal they stated the company said I received the orders to check with UPS & I did. So now it’s the Blame Game & I’m out of $115.00 & no merchandise. So be careful when ordering from this company. I never had a problem order international until I order with this company which is located in China.

The quality of the shoes is very good, the pineapple food above is very beautiful and will be recommended for others to buy.

Never order shoes from here!!! The quality is just horrible, they smell really bad - rubber, plastic and chemical smell. Plus you need to pay at least USD 30 for return from your own pocket. I have ordered 3 pairs and all of them were just disgusting!

Cheap clothing at an expensive price. Not true to size- adult clothes that are more like childrens clothes. Very disappointed as these were meant to be for a holiday. Seen better quality clothes at a £5 shop. Not acceptable, wouldn't advise buying from this company.

Do not buy!!!! Shoes looked nothink like pictures. Took over a month to come and when they arrived the boxes where all bashed. Ridiculous fuming I ordered!

DONT DO IT!! Both me and my sister ordered shoes from here and omg they looked nothing like the pictures. The buckle on the shoe though?? Really?? Horrible Horrible Horrible! I cannot stress this enough!! Don’t do it. It took almost a month and then to be soooooo disappointed is beyond my words! Don’t trust these people and the pictures and quality is a hot mess! Go to your local Ross or Burlington for some shoes! You’ll at least get better quality 😂

Terrible - ordered a dress which was nothing like what was advertised, very bad quality and bad customer service. Pay £8 for postage to try on a horrible dress! Definitely one to avoid.

Just hope your items ordered last. My rhinestone slides started to unravel after one wear. First, they offered me a discount off of my next order. Then, they suggested I return the item at my own expense. I can’t wear the slides anymore. Why would I order again if they can’t offer better customer service than that? The shoes are very poor quality so please... keep that in mind when ordering from this site.

I keep trying to place my order and i get an error message saying declined and do not honour. I just want to order my shoes :(

I purchased these two heels and both of them are really beautiful when you wear them. I really love them and they are really comfortable.
I really recommend it at all.
Quality is really nice and the customer service is really helpful.

I ordered a pair of shoes and the shipping was not bad. The box the shoes came in was smashed and the shoes are way to big. They also had a buckle that looked like it should be on a bra not a shoe. The loop to fasten the shoe was not useful at all because of the other buckle that you had to basically try and loop it together. WTH I need to fine a way to send my shoes back and get a refund. I will never order from them again. My first and last experience.

I ordered a clutch an heels for my sister late february. The clutch just came last week. The box that clutch was in is damaged. The clutch have pieces of paint chipped off. The handle to open the clutch is off track. An every time I try to track my order for the shoes, I mind u they was ordered on the same day. No update. I wouldn't order from this place. I wanted to cancel my order they said I couldn't.

I love this product, very fits me.
