DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - BE WARNED!!!!!
I bought 2 dresses and they were both way too small - their sizing i a joker. Then - get this!!!! At the same time I ordered 2 tuxedos from another company and I accidentally sent them back to Joyshoetique.They kept them and sold them!!!!!! They told me they were not able to find them. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

I had to give one star to be able to write a review, but I would give a -5 , I had a very bad experience I ordered a pair of shoes on February 15 , 2019 and as of today no updates I contacted them via email and they’re response was that the item is out of stock!! How is this possible I went to the website and tried to place an order for the same pair and No where it said that they are out of stock .
I did the whole transaction again I just didn’t hit place order but it was alllowing me to order same shoes same sizes I’m very upset Facebook and Instagram should not let them advertise . To me it’s false advertisement and I do have screenshots of my original order as well as the order I tried to place again and no where it said out of stock

I ordered 3 pairs of shoes from this website based on the FB pics and more than 30 days later I have no updates on when the items will be shipped out. I am going to file a complaint with Pay Pal.

I purchased shoes back in Dec 2017. Late January, I began to track my package only to find out it made it to the post office up the street from my house but were then returned to sender. No attempts whatsoever were made to deliver. They agreed to resend the shoes and were very apologetic but still no shoes. Perhaps I should get a refund.

I bought one pair from them attracted from their marketing campaign on FB. The order arrived quite fast. The thing she has tried on look amazing and very classy, maybe thats just her I'm not sure. The shoes look killer also!
YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR... if you want a pair of shoes to last forever then put your hand in your pocket and spend some real money!

I have purchased many Women's garments & Shoes for my girl around 2 weeks ago. Only a few have arrived so far but the thing she has tried on look amazing and very classy, maybe thats just her I'm not sure. The shoes look killer also!
With the price of the items people are buying I'm not sure how you can all be complaining.

At Christmas I brought her £1100 Givenchy, & £900 Dior Shoes.
Then JoyShoe pops up on my phone and I end up buying her about 20 pair from here at around £30 each (disposables) ...altogether they added up to only half the price of 1 pair of high end shoes!

YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR... if you want a pair of shoes to last forever then put your hand in your pocket and spend some real money!

unbelievable poor quality from an excellent marketing campaign on facebook,photos on models looks superb undeniably ,but when the item arrives the truth hits home ,,,,nasty cheap market sale rail products that really are the bottom end of the clothing produce ,and as for customer returns ,service,contact,forget it absolute rubbish ,one of the worst ever ,,if you dont believe me ,visit the website and just pretend you wish to return something ,,,,,see how long it takes to even give up ,,,,lol ,,,,this is exactly what ruins on line goods sales !!!!!oh and this is the first review i have ever written

It takes weeks to get your order and the items are of very very poor quality. I have tried to return MY ITEM to the address they were posted from (Walsall in the English Midlands) and I've been told I have to return my item to an address in China, which would have cost me around £15!!! The emailing is unreliable and I've been confronted with a string of different people and I've had to repeat my story again and again each time...until I got tired and gave up! I have wasted my money!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Their clothing is just like the picture shown on their website! However it takes about 30 days to receive your product. I promise you will forget about your order! So BUYER please be aware of this! Otherwise I was pleased with what I ordered. I ordered pants and shoes on Dec 17, 2018 and they have not arrived yet! LOL

From past experience, buyer beware. These facebooks shops seem legit, but always Google them first.
Bottom line,if you charged on credit card or on PayPal, simply make a claim. Do it sooner than later as there is a time limit to make a claim. You will get all your money back. Keep copies of all communications as proof for your credit card company.

Hi, looks like there are a lot of unhappy customers, I would just like to say I ordered a pair of Black shoes with a red sole, they were ordered on the 1st December and arrived on the 27th, took a long time but didn't need them till New Year, so arrived just in time, the fit was perfect, the shoes were really nice, I would order again but you have to be patient, certainly worth the wait. Absolutely awful experience. Ordered dress and terrible quality. When tried to return they said because of high return postage charges to try and sell on EBay and I can have 15% off next dress!

Ordered clothes 16 days ago and still waiting. I won’t order from them again.

I have purchased two dresses which looked impeccable on the website but on receiving the goods it was cheap quality fabric with no lining and crap stitching. The quality was absolutely disgraceful for the amount they charged and is not worth the money spent.
Felt I like had gone to a cheap market.
On the site you cannot contact the customer service team unless by email there is no phone number and apparently this is all in China!
It does not mention when you return goods you need to send it back to China!
It has costed me a fortune retuning goods Which isn’t mentioned on the website!
The communication isn’t so good because they use an old system, when you send pictures of evidence from your mobile they cannot upload it!
I have also received less of the amount I paid in full to this company!
They have taken my money and not fully returned it back to me!
I have sent them another email asking for the rest of money to come back into my account as it was short changed to me!. I am now waiting a reply and the amount to come back in, till then I am pretty angry with this company. Someone needs to shut them down due to their scandalous incorrect information given to the public!!!
