Absolutely disgraceful. The website seemed professional so ordered some shoes for an awards evening with expected delivery 3-7 working days. On checkout offered delivery insurance. At this point, alarm bells should have been ringing but needed some shoes. Took four weeks to receive the parcel - way too late for the awards evening. The box was massively damaged and so were the shoes that's even before the embellishments were stuck on so wonky. Did not look like the picture or the model wearing them. Emailed the customer support, and when they finally replied tried to exchange the shoes when I just wanted a refund. Terrible English. Cost me £15.15 to return to China from England. Emailed to say I was disappointed and sent pictures of the damaged box and shoes along with receipt. If I get any money back I will be surprised. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!

I ordered 3 pairs of shoes and every single one if them came in misshapen bad condition. I guess I'm lucky to have received anything at all. I've heard that people don't receive their orders. I have also been warned that I will never receive new ones or get a refund so I'm pretty much stuck with what I got. Shoes that dont fit because I recieved a size 9 when I ordered a size 8 and and they are misshapen and cant look right. Ugh I am very disappointed but will never order from them again.

Please do not bother buying from here. I bought 3 pairs of shoes and all of them were terrible quality!! I then asked for a refund and:
1. took 3 days to get back to me
2. do not provide return labels or refund any money towards postage
3. they said "The amount of the declaration on the return package should be less than $10, otherwise, we will not bear any customs" when I paid £83 for all 3 items.

The items took too long to come, they are cheap and from China. You can't return them because to ship back is costly. The items are not of great quality and don't look like the pictures or people that's modeling the items. One pair of shoes came and the strap was broke, it will cost me more to ship them back then the shoes cost.... Never Again!!

If only i had read these reviews! This website is a scam and i am making it my personal mission to shout it on every media site i can leave a comment or review.
I ordered shoes 3 weeks ago but could not check the order status on the website so contacted customer service. After much back and forth : was told the shoes are on back order so i asked for a cancellation, now the shoes are en route, next the company says they are not sending them because I ASKED for a change and the shoes cant be sent until i tell them what the change is.
Customer service is extremely frustrating to communicate with and i believe this is purposeful.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!BEWARE

So Bad first off the smell it’s like toxic it is so bad I literally put them outside on the deck I’m afraid to inhale the smell....it’s so bad wtfreak man never ever again shameless the smell Was so bad the quality wasnt that bad I paid 30 dollars so wasn’t expecting anything more but the smell was not in the ad

Ordered silver toe ring flip flops ...flippin awful. ..they smelt terrible and quality poor. ..will not go near the site again .

Paid for express shipping and still waiting. I haven't even received my dress feel like they are steal my money do not shop here you will be disappointed

Not all the items arrived and the sizing was wrong and quality was bad! The dress had not even been hemmed!

Shoes don't look like the picture, extreamly cheap quality, not worth the money at all, & now can't return without paying the cost of shipping. Avouid company!

I honestly wouldnt even give this company a star I just have to in order to leave this review. This company is terrible. The customer service is horrible they don't really care about you at all. Number 2 the shoes are no where to be found. At a month of ordering the shoes It said they were still being processed. I had no confirmation email or tracking number. However I ended up canceling my order and was very dissatisfied. This company shouldn't even be a thing.

This website is a SCAM ! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM . I ordered a pair of flat sandals on a friday i never received a confirmation email , so i emailed them monday asking to cancel the order because i felt that was very unprofessional, then you can’t look up your order or get any status of your order . They emailed me back saying my order was shipped out the next day and a email was sent out and i needed to check my spam folder . I NEVER RECEIVED A EMAIL i have been emailing them every day about getting a refund and they never address me wanting my refund they just kept telling me my order was shipped . It’s been a week and i still haven’t received one email about the order . I had to call my bank and get the charge disputed because they don’t want to give me my refund . They need to shut the whole website down & i did email them letting them know i will expose them my brother has over 23k followers on instagram and they will be exposed

I’m so frustrated! I returned a sweater that looked nothing like the picture and now they will not refund my money so I am out for the money it cost to return the item and the item! Honestly, I don’t know how these companies get to stay open, so many unhappy customers. Total rip off. DO NOT BE SCAMMED!!!

Steer clear, they are scammers. Quality and fit is so poor and when you ask for a refund they offer you 30% back.

The Shoes Look nothing like they Advertise. I spent $85 and The Quality of the shoes were worth about $5!!! Don’t waste your money or Time, Oh and My order took about a Month to come after sending an e-mail and both pair of my Shoes Were Shipped separately Even though i ordered them together!!!! If i could give No stars i would!!!!

I ordered the Skinny Blue Jean Belted Strapless Jumpsuit and it looked nothing like the picture. I ordered a large but it fit more like a medium. The quality is poor...bottom of the pants is so tight you cant put your feet through. The top part is so short you can't pull it over your breasts. The color is lighter than the picture. I paid $35.09 so I expected it to be a little better quality. I also ordered the Lace Zipper Back Single Strap Flat Sandals $23.85 which I failed to receive. Although I didn't spend much(I'm glad considering) I still want to be happy with my purchases. I definitely will not be ordering again from this company due to the poor quality of the items. Hopefully I will be able to return and get a full refund if not then I just got Hood winked:(
