I waited a long time and also there was mark like a birthmark on the plastic on my mouth side like an ink.
It fogs up too so i am not really so happy about it.
it is ok but can be better.
Although the print on my blue one was nice.

Not even worth a star, Absolutely awful!
Ok i got my order within thw timescale, however when i first opened it, the dress looked tiny (too short i mean). I then tried it on and it was absolutely awful, nothing like the picture, quality is extremely poor, was even freying at the ends.
No point in refunding simply because it would cost me 50% of what i paid to send it back.

I wish i had seen these reviews before ordering, the reviews on the website are fake & this is a completely SCAM

DO NOT buy from Joyshoetique. I ordered a coat and it arrived late. I had to contact them a few times. When it eventually arrived it was nothing like the picture and was cheap awful material that had no movement. When I complained they said I could keep it and they would refund me 30%. But I didn't want it and wanted a full refund. I asked for a returns address but they kept saying they would give me a 30% refund. This went on for months. I eventually managed to return it which cost me £10 and got a refund but they took a further £4.01 off me and I waited 5 months. Terrible customer service, terrible clothing, terrible company. Avoid them.

Do not buy from these scammers. Chinese scam artists. What’s photographed on site is not what is sent. They’ll send the wrong size which you haven’t orders then force you to pay return shipping which costs £15+ to get a refund. That doesn’t even guarantee a refund. So you could be down your order value and the a refund cost on top. Ordered 1 pair of shoes. They sent the wrong size and the quality was awful, didn’t look like the photographs on the site. They would not take responsibility for even sending the wrong size. PayPal have been no help either so will have to ask Credit card company for a chargeback, only hope by the looks of it. Just save yourself time, hassle and money stay clear of these scammers.

I wish I could rate this company zero stars. I placed an order on May 28 and as of today July 16th I still havent received anything. There is no tracking information available and they refuse to refund my purchase. The responses from all the reps are like robots with the same replies. I am beyond frustrated and will NEVER purchase from this company again!

Horrible and misleading company. They are scammers out of China who will post incredibly beautiful shoes, at ridiculously low prices and then send you whatever is in their warehouse because they know you can't do anything about it took 35 days to arrive from china lost package COVIS19 Excuses

Ordered some clothes and they look around 3 weeks to arrive. I decided to only keep one of the dresses and wanted to return the others, but they won't give me a returns address and keep trying to give me 20% off the clothes I don't want. The website is legit but be aware you will struggle to get a refund.

My shoes took over 2 months to get they kept blaming the virus i order alot on line all my other things i have received! They looked nothing like the picture stained on the heel! I lost 50.00 bucks!!!! What a rip off!!! They need to be reported to the better business bureau!!!

Do not buy from this firm worse company I have ever felt with! Ordered slippers and they arrived damaged all torn on the back how they get away with sending out items this poor I will never know! Opened a case through PayPal unless I ship to a address which was in Chinese by the way to impossible even if I did choose to pay more then the item to ship back I couldn’t! I was offered 20% off the item to keep them !! Total rob scammed out my money !! Never use this firm again!

Do not buy from this company unless you are a millionaire and you are not bothered of losing money it's a SCUM they are a total waste of time you cant get hold of them they cut you off on a chat live everytime you trying to talk to them I have read all the bad reviews on here too late I should of read the reviews long before I purchased the good you wait for months to get your goods and when it arrives it dont look nothing like is in the picture the quality it's a pile of S...hit. I send back a dress they telling me that they want a receipt from the post office i send that too but they still haven't refund me they dont know what they doing all their item look good on the site but trust me the quality its rubbish dont go near them .

I waited 3 months for my package. No explanation into why even though I had sent several messages voicing my concerns. They were out of some of my items TWICE without explanation again. What company allows you to buy an item thats out of stock? And then goes out of stock again?? Makes no sense. Some of my items were completely different than the item in the picture I purchased. I wanted a refund but they kept saying the package was "on its way" which it never was until weeks later. They acted as if this was no big deal and they do this all the time to their customers. Usually if an item is out of stock or there's going to be some time of delay then the customer should be contacted or be given their money back. This is the worst company I've ever purchased from if I could give them no stars, I would. Do not purchase from this website unless you want the worst service.

The good reviews on here are fake. DO NOT SHOP HERE. They take your money and send you nothing. I'm in the process of calling the State of California to report them.

Ordered over a month ago, no dispatch notification as yet. Tried to use the live chat help function and same (alleged) person named Lexi looks like they are responding and then cuts you off and you can't reconnect. No way of me checking the 'Me' section, as I cannot log in because the order acknowledgements that says it's created an account for me just takes me to the home page and then when I choose 'Forget password' I am told that my e-mail address doesn't exist (despite the order acknowledgement being sent there and confirmed in the body of the same e-mail).
No way of getting any help - lesson learned, a complete scam and will NOT BE ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN!

Trash,trash,trash!!!!!! DO NOT waste your money. Horrible customer service as well. I had to give 1 star,because no star isn't an option.
